| Remote Reporter for IFT: HTTP Server web-enables your Clarion reports very quickly and without coding. So if you need to distribute reports to users in the field, you need Remote Reporter. If you need your report pages to look exactly like you designed them, you need Remote Reporter. If you need the flexibility to build powerful reporting applications, you need Remote Reporter.
Remote Reporter does not require knowledge of HTML for basic functionality. You set only two (2) features to web-enable each of your reports. There are over 30 other settings to enable you to customize your web-enabled reports. When you need even more control, there are embeds so you can add your own code. Scale your reporting needs according to application complexity. Send reports to a web browser or design your server applications to send reports to a customized HTTP client. As an extension of IFT:HTTP Server, RR automatically converts your report to your choice of a JPEG (Joint Photographics Expert Group) format, a PNG (Portable Network Graphics) format or WMF (Windows Metafiles) format. It requires Windows 95 or better; Clarion 5 or better; and Internet Framework Tools: HTTP Server 2.5 or better. |
