Base64 Encoder/Decoder Example

The Encoder/Decoder demonstrates Base64 encoding and decoding using Clarion
Base64 is an algorithm that enables octet sequences to pass through SMTP mail
agents where only 7-bit characters are acceptable. It is also used in other internet
software such as web servers.

Encoder/Decoder Instructions: Type in a normal
string and press the encode button,
then press the decode
button to decode.
That's it.
